Description

Betty is an experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of clinical practice. She earned her Master of Nursing (1993) from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. Since 1994, she has served at Chapin Family Practice in Chapin, SC where she provides comprehensive care to patients aged 12 and up. Her scope includes management of acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, interpreting lab data, and performing a wide range of wound care procedures. Prior to her current role, she worked in the Emergency Department at Richland Memorial Hospital from 1991 to 1995. She is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and holds advanced practice, prescriptive authority, and controlled substance licensure through the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
